Types of Poland Visas

Passport
You must have a valid passport and any other travel documentation. When you apply for a Canadian visa, you have to provide photocopies of the information page of your passport. It must include:
- Your passport number.
- The date of issue and expiry.
- Your personal information: name, photo, place of birth, and date of birth.
Photographs
- Size: 35mm x 45mm
- No more than 6 months old
- Close up your head and top of your shoulders so that your face take up 70-80% of the photograph

ID Card
- Valid national identity card
Financial Documents
- Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Poland.
Self-Employed Professional / Businessman
- Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Poland.
- Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Poland.
- Income tax returns for the past two to three years to demonstrate your financial stability.
- Proof of business ownership such as business registration documents and business letter head etc
- Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with Chamber of Commerce.
- Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
Employed
- Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer showing that you have sufficient funds to cover your expenses during your stay in Poland.
- Last 3 months’ salary slips
- Personal Income Tax Returns for last 3 Assessment years or Tax Deduction Certificate
- Visiting card and Employee ID card (company card) copy
Additional Required Documents For Netherlands Visa
- FRC Family Registration Certificate
- MRC Marriage Registration Certificate (In case you are traveling with your spouse)
- Invitation Letter / Sponser Letter if any
- Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalization expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. Consult valid list of authorized insurance companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad.
- Accommodation proof (confirmed hotel reservation, rent agreement clearly stating your name, rental period dates and accommodation address) covering the entire period of travel.
- Copy of flight booking(s) Returen .
- If the trip is a package tour, attach detailed itinerary.
